Brief Project Description: This leading Abu Dhabi real estate developer rented four floors at ADNIC building. After a lengthy and thorough search and prequalification process, it appointed Alba Tec Interior Design as the turnkey solution provider for this high-profile project, which needed to be carried out in a limited time span according to exacting requirements.
Scope of Work: A prominent reference for Alba Tec’s Interior Design’s portfolio, the project embraced all aspects of the interior design service range. Our client needed professional space planning, conceptualization, working drawings and execution, as well as the supply and installation of all furniture.
Project Challenges: The project was vast, with a wide range of very precise requirements and specifications to be addressed and completed within a tight timeframe.
